A really simple event check in tool with dynamic joining instructions, QR codes that work with Tablets and Phones for seamless, cost-effective check-in.
Whilst working with our event agency partners, we spotted an incredibly time-consuming process in delegate management. We held a workshop with the wider team and clients to see how they currently worked and the systems they used and where their data sat. We developed Event Attendance to streamline their process from registration, room allocation to on-site check-in reducing the need for manual intervention and staff numbers by 85%.
In just one year since launch, our product has been used by clients such as Boots, Whitbread and Costa on events from 100 to 3000+ delegates.
