Hillary Blinds worked with one of our partners to create a roadshow around the UK. During the Roadshow, they wanted to increase delegate engagement and improve the check-in process.
We worked with our partner to create a bespoke system that covered:
- Exhibitor engagement quizzes
- Prize draw mechanic
- Live interaction via mobile devices with the presentation (Polls, Q&A and reactions)
- Check-in system for delegates
We developed the end solution using branding provided by the client and created a live reporting dashboard so that engagement at the event could be measured at any time.
