CSM Live is a Global event agency delivering event branding, customer experience, signage, wayfinding and hospitality programmes across a variety of huge sporting events, venues, retail and public spaces.
CSM and Duality have worked together for several years. They recently approached our team to help them understand the current user journey and analytics on their previous website. We conducted a full UX review and held a collaborative workshop to discuss our findings and recommend best practices.
Our team then created a full prototype and applied their new branding into a intuitive, professional looking website. The developers then built a responsive website for the client and tracked the performance over 6 months. We then made small adjustments based on this new insight to ensure the behaviours desired from the website were seamlessly designed and intuitive.
